Dr. Veerma Ram M. Pharm (Pharmacology), Ph.D.,

Professor and Head, Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, P.E-19 Yrs

Holding more than 18 years of outstanding teaching & research experience, he has contributed more than 40 research papers and review articles in various journals of National and International recognition. He successfully completed 2 research projects one each from AICTE and UCOST. Presently he is guiding 4 Ph. D. scholars. Specialized in Pharmacology and Toxicology, his keen interest area covers antidiabetics, hepatotoxicity and CNS disorders with special emphasis on memory loss and its management. He also has 3 National patents to his credit. Dr. Veerma Ram is also a life member of APTI.

Dr. Vikas Anand, M.S. (Pharmaceutics), Ph. D.

Professor, P.E-15Yrs

Dr. Vikas Anand graduated from SBSPGI, post-graduated from NIPER and did his Ph.D. from Mohan Lal Sukhadia University. He has 13 years of teaching and research experience in Pharmacy and has published 41 research papers, presented 36 papers in different conferences and guided 14 M. Pharm. thesis. He has 2 books, 1 book chapter to his credit and 9 book chapters are in press. He was topper of B. Pharm., awarded NIPER fellowship and honour award for GATE guidance. He is on editorial board of 26 journals and Peer­reviewer of 20 journals. He is a CPCSEA nominee, innovator of PSOAR and PGIAR custom search engine. He has received grant of Rs. 7.5 lakh by AICTE under MODROBS project.

Ms. Urmi Chaurasia M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics)

Associate Professor, P.E-25 Yrs

Ms. Urmi Chaurasia, did her M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics) from BIT Ranchi. With more than 24 years of experience in the field of academics and research. Ms. Urmi Chaurasia also holds 2 years of Industrial experience. Her contributions include 6 research papers, 27 poster presentations and guided 12 M. Pharm and 27 UG students. Her interest area lies in Herbal formulations, sustained release dosage forms and NDDS. She is member of Board of Studies, UTU for pharmacy. She was appointed Deputy and Head Examiner for UTU Pharmacy evaluations. Presently she is also holding the position of Controller of Examination

Dr. (Mrs) Mamta F. Singh, M. Pharm (Pharmacology), Ph. D

Associate Professor, P.E-13 Yrs

Dr. Mamta F. Singh, did her M. Pharm (Pharmacology) from MS University, Baroda, Ph. D from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi, Jharkhand. With 12 years of teaching and research experience, Dr. Mamta has published 30 research papers and review articles in different National as well as International journals and participated and presented papers in various National & International conferences. She has guided 14 students at Master level. She is guiding 02 Ph. D scholars and is a life member of APTI. She is also the editor of 02 reputed National Journals.

Dr. (Mrs.) Vandana Jugran Negi, M. Pharm. (Pharmaceutical Chemistry), Ph.D

Associate Professor, P.E-09 Yrs

Mrs. Vandana Jugran Negi did her M. Pharm. (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) from Dibrugarh University, India and also submitted Ph. D. from the Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun, India. She secured 96.5 percentile score in GATE 2005 examination with 07 years experience. She published 4 national and 8 international research papers related with QSAR, Drug Design and Green chemistry approaches.

Mr. Jeetendra Singh Negi, M. Pharm. (Pharmaceutics)

Mr. Jeetendra Singh Negi, M. Pharm. (Pharmaceutics) from Pune University, and pursuing Ph. D. degree in pharmaceutical sciences from the Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun, India. He has 06 years of teaching and research experience. He published 04 National and 08 International research papers related with novel approaches for drug delivery systems. His areas of expertise include drug delivery system development like Solid lipid nanoparticles, Gold nanoparticles, Dendrimers, Cyclodextrin based drug delivery, Solid dispersion and bioavailability enhancement.

Dr. (Mrs.) C. Nithya Shanthi, M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics), Ph. D.

Dr. (Mrs.) C. Nithya Shanthi, has received her M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics) degree from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi. She qualified GATE with 99.76 percentile (28th All India Rank). She has 8 years of teaching and research experience during which she guided many M. Pharm students. She has attended 03 conferences and published 08 articles in journals of repute.

Dr. Kundan Singh Bora, M. Pharm (Pharmacognosy) Ph. D.

Associate Professor, P.E-11 Yrs

Dr. Kundan Singh Bora, is M. Pharm (Pharmacognosy) from Punjabi University, Patiala and Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Panjab University Chandigarh. He qualified GATE. He is an excellent faculty having 9 years of diverse teaching and research experience. He has published 02 books, and 15 International and 02 National research papers in various Journals of repute, and presented more than 50 papers in various national and international conferences. He has guided 02 post graduate students and more than 50 graduate students. He has attended many workshops and seminars. His current areas of interest are: standardization of bioactives from plants, validation of traditional remedies, evaluation of plants with neuroprotective and other CNS related activities.

Dr. (Mrs.) Yogita Dobhal, M. Pharm (Pharmacology), Ph. D.

Dr. (Mrs.) Shradha Bisht, has received her M. Pharm (Pharmacology) from MS University Baroda, Gujrat and Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur. She has 10 years of teaching and 6 years research experience during which she guided many M. Pharm students. She has attended many conferences and published several articles in journals of repute. Dr. Anupama Singh M. Pharm. (Pharmacognosy), Ph. D.

Dr. (Mrs) Anupama Singh received her Masters Degree from BRNCOP, Mandsaur, M. P. in 2008 and Ph.D. in 2013. She is topper of her batch during masters degree and stood third in B. Pharm. She has 7 years undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and research experience. She has guided 3 M. Pharm. dissertations. She is a life member of APTI and a registered pharmacist at Rajasthan Pharmacy Council. Her work had led to publishing of 1 book chapter, 18 research papers in national and international journals and 45+ submitted presentations at scientific meetings/conferences. She received gold and silver medals in 03 oral/poster presentations in scientific conferences. She is also on Editorial Board Member in journals 03 and Peer-reviewer in 04 Journals.

Mr.Manoj Kumar Sarangi, received his B. Pharm degree (Gold Medalist) from North Orissa University (NOU) and M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics) from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Odisha. He is having Industrial research & academic experience of more than 07 years.He has published 14 research papers in International/National, and filed four Indian patents in SVBCP, Mumbai in the year 2013-14. He was also awarded with several prizes in State level research competitions in Maharastra.

Mr. Ankush Sundriyal, M. Pharm (Pharmacognosy)

Mr. Ankush Sundriyal posesses 4 yrs of academic experience. He has published 7 research papers in journals of national and international repute. He is an active member of International Society of Pharmacognosy and IPGA.
